A Community Partnership for Rialto Unified School District
Healing, Empowering, And Restoring Rialto Together
Our services.
-
Restorative Circles
We facilitate circles that strengthen relationships, repair harm, and build safer school communities:
Reentry Circles – welcoming students back after suspension, absence, or crisis. Community-Building Circles – fostering trust and belonging among students and staff. Intervention Circles – addressing conflicts in real time with a focus on accountability and healing. Restorative Mediation – resolving disputes between students, staff, or families in a respectful, constructive way.
-
Mentorship Groups
Culturally responsive, trauma-informed groups led by trained mentors. These provide restorative guidance, life skills, and support for students navigating identity, stress, and leadership. Groups can be affinity-based (such as gender, culture, or shared experience) to give students a safe, affirming space.
-
Individual & Family Counseling
Confidential therapy sessions for children, teens, and families that address emotional well-being, strengthen communication, and build resilience. Tailored to meet the needs of each family we serve.
-
Counseling for Students (Tier 2 & Tier 3)
We offer culturally responsive, trauma-informed one-on-one and small group counseling that specializes in intensive, targeted support for students requiring higher-level interventions. Our team collaborates closely with schools to ensure Tier 3 services are responsive, accessible, and effective.
